Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and community policies. Document medication administration accurately and promptly. Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or Director of Nursing. Assist with medication storage, inventory, and organization to ensure safety and compliance. Follow all policies, procedures, and safety standards related to medication management. Support resident care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing or licensed nursing staff.
