The Activities Aide is responsible for implementing a daily calendar of activities including games, crafts, and themed parties for residents. The role focuses on bringing energy and excitement to the community to improve resident quality of life.
Candidates must possess an enthusiastic and positive personality with a passion for creativity. Availability for part-time shifts, including every other weekend, is required.
Activity Assistants are enthusiastic, creative, resourceful and always positive. This position requires an individual to follow a calendar of activities created for residents of varying degrees of physical or mental abilities each day which include: games, performers, themed parties, crafts, discussion groups, and a wide variety of other activities.
