Provide direct support and guidance to clients in a residential mental health setting, including behavioral monitoring and facilitating recovery-focused group sessions. Ensure client safety through secure transportation to appointments and adherence to emergency response protocols.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean four-year driving record. Ability to pass a background check and meet physical requirements such as lifting 20 lbs and standing for long periods is required.
