Locations

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass an enhanced background check.

Clarvida is seeking a CBRS/Case Manager to provide skill-building and behavioral health support to clients in their homes and communities. You will serve clients ages 5 through adult who may experience behavioral challenges, emotional disturbance, or severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will meet with clients weekly to focus on developing coping strategies, building independence, improving life skills, and accessing vital community resources. Documentation—including daily progress notes, treatment plan updates, and discharge summaries—is an essential part of the position. This hybrid, flexible-schedule role offers meaningful one-on-one work and strong opportunities for growth.
