The CT Technologist specializes in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for patient diagnosis and treatment. They collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff across multiple clinical departments to provide high-level care.
Candidates must be graduates of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology. Required certifications include BLS and either a California CRT or CTNM license.
As a CT Technologist 1 joining our Clovis campus, you will specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images assisting with diagnosing and treating patients. As part of the team associated with imaging, you will collaboratively work with multiple clinical departments across our system, including Radiologists and nursing staff, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.
Education & Experience Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology required Licenses and Certifications BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required One of the following is required CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist CTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine
