Performs accurate and timely laboratory analyses to support comprehensive patient care. In urgent care settings, supports the Team Care Model to ensure workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requires a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license and BLS certification for specific locations. Candidates need either a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or an Associate's degree with at least two years of experience.

Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care. In certain entities (BOS Urgent Cares), Lab Techs will be required to support the TEAM CARE Model to ensure patient workflow efficiencies are met, and patient satisfaction goals achieved. Estimated pay range for this position is $34.08 - $44.30 / hour depending on experience.
