In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Minimum caseload of 28 Capped at 32 Weekly Sessions Rates depends on experience, Bilingual in Spanish, and any certifications Pay differential based on bilingual status Less than 2000 hours pay range: $37-$39 More than 2000 hours $40-$45 Licensed Clinician pay rate $55-$65 (depending on experience, certifications etc.)

Qualifications
