About the Role

Join Beulah Home Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm and inviting environment. We are currently looking to hire 2 DSP's for a client in Lebanon, OH who requires Monday through Sunday care. Hours are Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Can possibly alternate hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress. Administer medication and maintain accurate health records. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement. Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in direct care or support roles is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and possible overnights. Basic knowledge of CPR and first aid is advantageous. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Commitment to promoting independence and dignity for clients.
