Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote cognitive function. Monitor and document clients’ health and emotional well-being. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the clients. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

Experience working with clients with dementia. 2+ years of caregiving experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Background check and drug screening required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
