Responsibilities

ADL Support

• Apply your CNA training to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene with skill and compassion.
• Mobility &
• Transfers: Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper technique.
• Medication
• Reminders: Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules and routines.
• Nutrition &
• Meal
• Prep: Assist with meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs; monitor hydration and nutritional intake.

Companionship

• Build genuine relationships with clients through meaningful conversation and accompaniment to appointments and activities.
• Health
• Observation &
• Documentation: Leverage your clinical eye to monitor and report changes in client condition, and document care accurately.

Qualifications
