The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality care to infants and families through neonatal assessments and the implementation of care plans. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure positive patient experiences and outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree with NNP training and certification, along with a State of Michigan Advanced Practice Licensure. A minimum of two years of RN experience, specifically within a Level III NICU, is required.

Ability to work closely with a partnering team of specialists encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital-based service lines Demonstrates expertise in neonatal assessment, interpretation of physical and psychological status of infants and families, therapeutic interventions, and the implementation of the plan of care including discharge planning. Discriminates between normal and abnormal findings obtained by history, physical screening, behavioral assessments, and in collaboration with the designated physician, implements an appropriate management plan.
