Deliver compassionate care to hospice patients and support their families to enhance quality of life and dignity. Travel to patient homes and care facilities within the service region to provide essential services.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Ohio driver's license with auto insurance. CNA or CHPNA certifications are preferred, and candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
Hospice PCS – Making every moment matter
As a Hospice PCS, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace. This is a field-based role requiring travel to patient homes and care facilities throughout the Zanesville service region.
This is a FT position, 4-10hr shift of every Wednesday-Saturday, 8am-6pm; This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the greater Dayton/Trotwood area
