The Registered Nurse provides high-level clinical support and superior nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities include patient education, performance improvement, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered experiences.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold a valid Connecticut RN license. Three to four years of clinical or hospital experience and national certification in a specialty are preferred.

Work Hours/Shift: Work site will be in Enfield, CT Full Time, 40-hour days You Will Be Responsible For: Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively Excellent Communicator: Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. Technical Familiarity: Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Active Teamwork: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
