Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, and the implementation of individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with clients, families, and external healthcare providers to ensure holistic support and facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation group sessions.

*Qualifying experience includes working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
