Position Overview

We are currently building our pool of compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who value personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, adaptability to clients’ needs, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document as required Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.
• Physical
• Ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.

Transportation

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

References

• Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
• Work
• History: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.

• Check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).
