Must hold a valid LPN license in Maryland and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous healthcare experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Skilled with Trach/Vent/cpap Provide PEG Tube care Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Record patient health information and vital signs accurately. Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
