Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance Administer medications accurately and safely as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily progress Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care plans Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights

Requirements
