Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with CMT certification and facility protocols Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient assessments Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights with empathy and professionalism
