  • Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing/showering, toileting, etc.) Light Housekeeping / homemaking Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

  • Qualifications: Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings. If you are a HHA (no CNA) A minimum of three years of experience in home health, or similar settings required A Valid Driver's License , Current Auto Insurance and Reliable Vehicle Weekend Availability (every other) A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience Must be at least 18 yrs. or older Able to travel within our covering territories Empathy for the needs of the client
