Elevate Care Providers is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a client in St. Charles, Missouri.

This evening position offers a consistent weekly schedule and is ideal for nurses seeking part-time hours while making a meaningful difference in the life of a client and their family.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evening Shift Consistent Weekly Schedule Pay

$40.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Medication administration Monitor client condition and report changes Assist with activities of daily living as needed Maintain accurate nursing documentation Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the shift

Qualifications
