Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for an adult female client with Cerebral Palsy located in Ferguson, Missouri.

This position is ideal for a nurse seeking consistent hours, a stable schedule, and meaningful patient-centered care in a home setting.

Mondays

• 9:00 AM – 9:00
• PM
• Every
• Other
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the home Medication administration Monitor patient condition and safety Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Complete accurate nursing documentation Communicate professionally with family and care team Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment

Qualifications

Active Missouri LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Strong communication and time management skills Home health or Private Duty Nursing experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Why Join Elevate Care Providers?
