Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Monitor and document clients’ progress and any changes in behavior or health. Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety protocols.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Background check clearance required.
