Candidates must hold a valid State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure and a current Ohio driver's license. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

The Home Health and Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality and safe delivery of home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse. Assists in the provision of home health care services that reflect the home care agency's philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care of assigned clients.
