Job Description

Prepares patients and equipment for therapy, assists therapist in administering treatments, and performs tasks to maintain the department.

Job Responsibility

• 1.Prepares patients and equipment for therapy, assists therapist in administering treatments, and performs tasks to maintain the department.
• 2.Assists in administering treatments as instructed and supervised by therapist.
• 3.Straightens treatment areas after each outpatient session.
• 4.Keeps equipment clean, stored neatly and protective from damage.
• 5.Checks supplies and notifies supervisors of any shortages.
• 6.Transports patients to and from therapy, when necessary.
• 7.Performs related duties, as required.

• Job Qualification
• High school education or equivalent, required.
• One-year experience in hospital or nursing home is preferred.
• Ability to perform all assigned tasks and follows written and verbal instructions
• Walking and standing for lengthy periods of time.
• Moderate lifting required (must have no physical limitations for lifting).

Two Weekend shifts a month: one major summer and one major winter holiday
