$14 - $18 / HOUR
Provide essential care and support to clients across multiple locations, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Maintain continuity of care by documenting activities and responding quickly to client needs in their homes.
Candidates must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check. A CNA or PCA license is preferred, though candidates must be willing to become a PCA.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include: Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming Supporting safe mobility and transfers Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation Offering companionship and emotional support Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas What We're Looking For: Age 18 or older Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA. Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Current auto insurance Clean background check and drug screening Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
