- Mileage Reimbursement What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN: As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support.
- This includes tasks such as: Monitoring vital signs Assisting with wound care and personal care Educating patients and families Maintaining medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.
- Who you are as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN: A minimum of one year of LPN experience (Hospice experience is preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
