Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings. Flexible availability to meet clients' needs.
