The RN Liver Transplant Coordinator guides patients through the transplant process by providing personalized education and clinical support. They collaborate with transplant experts to deliver cutting-edge therapies and facilitate lasting relationships with patients and families.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a valid Wisconsin RN license. Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with transplant experience preferred.
00 am - 4:00 pm. No weekends required. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience
Work Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
