Job Description

• First Colonial Inn, a Kisco Senior Living community, is seeking CNA/NA/PCA professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. If you are passionate about senior care and committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you! **$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months *
• Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $ 17.25 - 17.45/hour Evening Shift: $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential) Schedule Shifts Available: Full Time 2p-10p Part Time 6a - 2p 2p – 10p

Requirements

CNA / NA or PCA certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, person-centered care Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service
