About the Role

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed. Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Participate in training and development programs to improve caregiving skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background check and references required.
