What We’re Looking For HCA certification (CNA license preferred) Caregiving experience: 6 months full‑time or 12 months part‑time Strong communication and a compassionate heart Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients) Current TB test Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity Ability to pass background checks

What You’ll Do Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals) Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments Prepare meals and give medication reminders Follow safety protocols in emergencies Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness
