About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a home health aide is a plus. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
