Salary

Provide in-home care and support for clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Responsibilities also include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reporting changes in client conditions to the care team.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in home care or home health and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to pass background and drug screenings is required.

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care and support for clients in the Northeast Columbus area. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and meaningful one-on-one care.
You’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home while being part of a supportive and team-focused agency.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation
Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background and drug screening Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Strong communication and time management skills Compensation & Benefits
