Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking experienced Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Caregiver who brings hands-on experience, professionalism, and a true passion for providing high-quality in-home care. Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on Caregiver experience and certification.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services as a professional Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship Work primarily in clients’ homes while following individualized care plans Communicate clearly with the care team to ensure consistent, quality Caregiver support

Requirements

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Caregiver, HCA, or CNA strongly preferred Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we pay for your training) Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a commitment to helping others Why Choose Right at Home?
