Provide recovery-focused medical treatment and medication administration to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Implement direct care according to established policies and standards under the direction of a Program Administrator.
Must be a licensed LVN or LPT with a high school diploma, current CPR/BLS certification, and six months of direct care experience. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and the ability to obtain RBT and DSP certifications within specified timeframes.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) Direct Care Staff provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. The LVN/LPT Direct Care Staff shall work under the general direction of the Program Administrator.
Expected starting wage range is $24.71 - $30.54. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Telecare Stephanie House in Garden Grove, CA - Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSHs) are adult residential facilities. EBSHs provide 24-hour non-medical care in a homelike setting to individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors who require additional supports, staffing, and supervision. The homes have unique characteristics and offer person-centered planning, positive behavior supports, trauma-informed care, and other services and supports which are beyond what is typically available in other community-based homes
