  • Under the supervision of certified professionals and peer leaders, the RSS-T participates in structured training, coaching, and supervised practice while accumulating required certification hours and developing core peer support competencies.
  • We will provide up to 500 supervised hours that may be applied toward Virginia Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification requirements, offering structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience to support certification attainment.
