Provide direct support, supervision, and crisis intervention for individuals in a stabilization unit to help them achieve short-term goals. Collaborate with clinical staff to implement stabilization plans and support clients in developing coping strategies.
Requires two years of direct care experience and training in human services, or a Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Residential Navigators provide direct support and supervision to individuals admitted to the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center. They work collaboratively with clinical staff to implement stabilization plans, support emotional regulation, and assist clients in achieving short-term stabilization goals.
The Residential Navigator ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during their stay. This role focuses on ongoing engagement, skill-building, and reinforcement of coping strategies to reduce immediate crisis symptoms and promote stabilization.
Residential Navigators assist clients in identifying triggers, practicing coping skills, and connecting to internal and external supports. They play a key role in monitoring client progress, supporting daily routines, and reinforcing treatment goals to help clients transition successfully to the next level of care or back into the community.

• Two years direct care experience in human service field; two years of training in human service field OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher In psychology, sociology or related human service field which is preferred.
