We are a multi-specialty private physician group seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing medical team on a full-time basis.

Qualifications: Active New York State Physician Assistant license required
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or assisted living is a plus
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and facility teams
Willing to train the right candidate

Communicate regularly with physicians regarding changes in patient status and treatment plans
Support the medical team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Help ensure continuity of care across post-acute and long-term care settings
