The Medical Assistant serves as a liaison between patients, families, and providers while coordinating patient flow and reviewing charts. They are also responsible for entering patient history and mentoring new associates within the Nephrology team.
This is an entry-level position requiring basic clinical and administrative skills, with a preference for completion of a certified Medical Assistant program. BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire, and various MA certifications (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA) are preferred.

Travel to other locations is required.
