The Pharmacist Level 1 is responsible for preparing medications and monitoring patient drug therapies. They provide essential pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy and hold a valid New York State Pharmacist license. The role requires 0-2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
The Pharmacist Level 1 serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies.
