About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a Therapist to provide approved therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and families in Tennessee. In this role, you will support meaningful behavioral and emotional change by delivering evidence-based therapy and assisting with case coordination and resource linkage when needed. You will collaborate with families, the Department of Children’s Services (DCS), court personnel, and other involved supports to help clients achieve treatment goals and improved stability. This position requires flexibility to meet program needs and may involve providing services across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

● Provide individual and family therapy using approved therapeutic interventions ● Conduct assessments and support development and implementation of treatment plans ● Assist with case coordination and linkage to community resources ● Collaborate with families, DCS, court personnel, and other involved parties ● Support identified treatment goals and behavioral health outcomes ● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation ● Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration

Requirements

  • ● Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline allowing mental health licensure in Tennessee ● CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients ● Knowledge of child development and therapeutic interventions ● Experience working with families with significant needs ● Ability to work flexible hours based on program needs ● Ability to work across multiple locations ● Ability to meet background check requirements Compensation & Benefits ● $20.49 per hour ● Full-time Full-Time Employees ● Paid vacation days that increase with tenure ● Separate sick leave that rolls over annually ● Up to 10 paid holidays
