How you’ll contribute The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
A Physical Therapist who excels in this role: Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.

What we’re looking for Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Additional requirements include: Current PT license.
CPR certification.
Previous experience in rehab setting, preferred.
