About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD or DO) for a flexible PRN role to join our clinical team.
This role is responsible for providing high-quality primary care and diagnostic services on an intermittent basis, assisting our patient population in chronic disease management and overall health promotion.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.
Intervention & Education: Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.
Virtual Care: Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
Must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school and have completed a US residency program. Requires a valid state license, DEA certification, and board certification or eligibility in primary care.
