Compensation Package This role pays $78,000–$98,020 a year.

What You’ll Be Doing Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes: Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves.
