Position overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will provide essential rehabilitative services to identify, prevent, and treat acute or prolonged physical dysfunction and pain.

Serving a diverse patient population spanning from pediatrics through geriatrics, you will utilize comprehensive evaluations, therapeutic exercises, and advanced physical agents to maximize functional independence and improve overall quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Patient Evaluation

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to diagnose physical dysfunctions and establish personalized treatment goals.

    Education & Experience

    • Required: Graduate of a physical therapy program from an accredited school with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or MSPT).
    • Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred, but passionate New Graduates looking to gain versatile PRN experience are highly encouraged to apply!

    Licensure & Certifications

    • Required: Must possess and maintain a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois.
    • Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.

    Requirements

    Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a degree in Physical Therapy and must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Physical Therapist license and current BLS certification. Previous experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
