Sleep technologist (Sleep lab tech): PRN | Gateway Regional Medical Center | Granite City, Illinois

Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Sleep Technologist to join our Sleep Lab team on a PRN basis.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician who is comfortable working independently and is passionate about diagnosing and supporting the treatment of sleep disorders through high-quality patient testing and education.

What you'll do

• In this role, you will provide comprehensive sleep study services and patient support, including:
• Performing in-lab and home sleep studies (diagnostic and therapeutic)
• Monitoring, recording, and scoring sleep study data
• Providing direct patient care and education throughout testing
• Supporting diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders
• Ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to sleep lab protocols
• Maintaining patient safety and comfort during overnight studies
• Assisting with day-to-day sleep lab operations when needed

• What we're looking for
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as RST, RPSGT, or SDS required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous sleep lab experience preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
