We’re growing. Like… actually growing (hello expansion 👀), and we’re looking to add full-time and part-time Veterinary Technicians to our team!

About sycamore veterinary hospital

Sycamore Veterinary Hospital has proudly served the Newtown community for over 40 years. We’re a trusted name in both patient care and client service, built on strong relationships and personalized care.

We’re currently a 3-doctor team expanding our space and growing our team. We practice Fear-Free and Gold Standard Medicine, supported by collaboration, education, and continuous growth.

Our facility includes

  • Digital radiography & dental radiography
  • Ultrasound
  • In-house lab
  • Surgical services (spay/neuter, dental prophylaxis, mass removals, cystotomies, and more)

🕒 Hours: Open Monday–Saturday, with evening hours Monday–Thursday

  • What you’ll do
  • Perform blood draws and administer vaccines/injections
  • Assist with diagnostics (SNAP tests, ear cytology, radiographs, lab work)
  • Take accurate vitals and maintain thorough EMR documentation
  • Communicate treatment plans clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality, Fear-Free patient care

  • What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
