The Postpartum unit at IU Health Bloomington is part of our Perinatal & Pediatric Services and offers 24 private rooms with an average 1:3 couplet nurse‑to‑patient ratio, while also caring for low‑risk antepartum patients.

Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN) and an active RN license in Indiana or a Compact license. Must hold Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
