Market context

Virginia nuclear medicine PRN roles stay selective

In Virginia, as-needed Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist roles are often filled by candidates who already hold ARRT(N) or NMTCB(CNMT) certification and CPR/BLS at hire. These positions can be competitive because employers typically prefer prior nuclear medicine experience and need technologists who can step in with limited onboarding. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform against the original posting, then confirm your certifications and recent modality experience before applying.
