What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced clinicians to work in a collaborative and community focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing therapy services aligning with our core values, and is driven to collaborate, share and seek knowledge.   • What You’ll Do
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
  • Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities
  • Required Qualifications
  • Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
  • Minimum 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
  • Comfortable with technology and EHR system
  • Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Preferred
  • Credentialed with major insurance panels and/or bringing an established caseload
  • Experience working across diverse populations and age groups

Requirements

Candidates must have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and be licensed in Idaho. Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes is required, with a preference for those experienced with kids/teens and/or couples/families.
